Maery and Felicity “Wipe Out the Army”. My initial experience of this, just moments before, in the tree and its’ enormity, was fantastic. A Sun Tzu lesson innocently captured through this beautiful Taoist sword form. How many times in the past have we been embraced by the shadow of this most beautiful tree but were unaware? I will remember this always for both its beauty and philosophy.

Sun Lu Tang was a master of both Hsing – I and Pa Kua (the other internal schools) before developing his own style of Tai Chi, which incorporates elements of both Hsing – I and Pa Kua. Sun was an expert in continuous thought; this is most specifically demonstrated in “Jade Lady with the Shuttle”.
