Yesterday I was drawn to the I Ching in search of some self realisation. My question was huge “How do I be love and compassion?”. Revolution was the ginormous answer that found me. Essentially there can be no ego, so to be love and compassion you must first be selfless.

Wipe out the army

Maery and Felicity “Wipe Out the Army”. My initial experience of this, just moments before, in the tree and its’ enormity, was fantastic. A Sun Tzu lesson innocently captured through this beautiful Taoist sword form. How many times in the past have we been embraced by the shadow of this most beautiful tree but were unaware? I will remember this always for both its beauty and philosophy.

Chinese Yoga and Meditation

Tina Barry has studied Chinese Yoga and Meditation under Grandmaster Ho Lo at the Tai Chi College of Australia since 1995. Since July 2000 Tina has taught numerous techniques which fall under the umbrella of Chinese Yoga and Meditation.
