Tai Chi and Sword on a Saturday morning by the lagoon at Dee Why is always a pleasure, but especially on a glorious sunny day, when shadow visits dancing in her taoist way. Misty Mornings Pure and Still

Misty mornings must awaken my sense of smell. As we practised the sword form and then spiritual tai chi I was very aware of how strangely pure it all seemed. We look for it but do not see it

I returned to Long Reef Aquatic Reserve for some more tai chi yesterday, in search of the immense calmness that embraced me the previous week I was there. I was reminded that not every time you practise are you blessed with heavenly showers, in fact this is rarely the case, maybe one time only out of 100 days of practice.
